It is finally feeling like summer in Southern California and these look muy delicioso. Now I need to find the right person to make them; it will probably be me if I am ever going to taste them. I think I will make a choptle cream sauce by pureeeing sour cream, chipotle chiles, lime juice, New Mexico chile powder, cumin and maybe a little garlic. All I know is if I go through all the trouble to make this and share (out of the goodness of my little, tiny heart) I better not see ketchup anywhere near them.
