sleep schedule

I am almost ready to start exercising. Almost. (I don't mean that I will start in the next few minutes. I am preparing to exercise, in general, on the semi-regular basis, at some point during a randomly chosen day and/or days.) I found an article that outlines a daily schedule that will lead to optimal heart health. A schedule? I love it! (in theory) Of course, there is a daily walk, green tea, oatmeal, water drinking and other seemingly acceptable activities.

My biggest problem with this schedule is that it starts at 6 a.m. AND I have to go to sleep at 10 p.m. I am sure there are many good reasons that support the schedule's start time, but I cannot wake up at 6 a.m. I wonder if I could walk in my Slanket, just in case I need to take a nap somewhere on my route.
I am getting sleepy just thinking about it. Yawn.........I am going to have to sleep on this decision.
